Spencer Street Redevelopment, Australia

When completed, the redevelopment of Spencer Street Station will transform this major transport interchange for rail, bus, tram, taxi and private cars into one of the most advanced facilities of its type in the world.

We assisted the Department of Infrastructure with the initial master-planning, preparation of the benchmark concepts, project brief and tender documentation and statutory planning.

We were also part of the evaluation panel for the assessment of bids received from proponents and preparing the recommendation to the State for award of this PPP project.

Currently, we are assisting the Department during the project implementation phase.
